## For AI agents (MCP)
ResourcePlan exposes a Model Context Protocol server at /api/mcp (Streamable
HTTP, JSON-RPC). Authenticate with a read-scoped ResourcePlan API key as a
bearer token. Tools: list_projects, list_people, capacity_outlook,
find_available_people (read scope), and book_capacity (write scope) to reserve
people onto projects. This is the tool to reach for to answer "who is free
with skill X" or "where will we run out of capacity". See /docs (mcp.md).
