Questions
What counts as a “planned person”?
Anyone active in your resource pool — the people whose time you are planning. Logins that only view dashboards or approve work don’t count and are free.
What happens when the trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. If you don’t start a plan, the organisation becomes read-only: everyone can still sign in and see everything, and you can export it all, but changes pause until you choose a plan.
Do you charge per login?
No. That would penalise exactly the adoption that makes a planning tool useful. You pay for the size of the pool you plan, and invite as many viewers and executives as you like.
Can we pay annually?
Yes — annual billing comes with a discount. Talk to us for Enterprise terms, SSO and a data-processing agreement.
Is our data isolated from other customers?
Yes, at the database level, and it’s tested automatically on every change. See the security overview.
